We are strictly an online ecommerce business and do not offer local pick-up.
We ship out very promptly and whenever possible, try to get orders out to customers within 1-4 business days.
Australia Post have increased the prices on all of their Express Post Satchels for the third time in under a year.
We have absorbed the additional cost of previous satchel increases but have now had to put up our shipping prices.
We have set the following Australia Post Express Satchel postage rates per order including handling.
Combined orders up to 500 grams at a rate of $9.50 or combined orders up to 3kg gram at a rate of #13.50 including packaging and handling.
Items heavier than 3kg will be automatically calculated based on weight and dimension during checkout.
Express post satchels offer a reliable, trackable and fast service and for this reason we only offer an Express service or in some instances with heavier orders, a courier service.
If you require the Platinum Express *Guaranteed Overnight, insured service, please contact us and we will arrange to invoice you for the additional postage.
Although we cannot always guarantee this, we will do our best to get your order posted out to you on the same day.
*Please be aware that Australia Post Guaranteed Overnight Services only apply to postal codes appearing on the Australia Post designated overnight area codes list.
We do not profiteer from postage and in many instances, we do not cover our costs.
The cost of postage over the counter at the Post Office does not include the cost to our business of packing staff, packaging materials and fuel which we have to take into account to remain viable.

Returns
We accept product returns within 7 days of purchase and will provide an exchange or refund if the product is faulty, is not fit for its intended purpose or does not match our description.
The returned item must be in saleable condition including original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
Returned Item must be unopened, unused and in original condition.
We will assess the condition of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be issued using original payment method.
Unless there has been an acknowledged packing error by Metal Clay Australasia Pty Ltd, all return shipping must be paid by the buyer and no shipping refund will be made.
